Morgan Stewart Reed

Associate MFT

As an associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Morgan is prepared and trained to walk with individuals, families and adolescents through a variety of issues. She meets her clients with warmth and respect and with an earnest interest in each person’s unique story. After graduating from Chapman University with her bachelor’s in psychology and minor in integrated educational studies, Morgan worked as a single house parent to eight teenage girls in the foster care system in Texas. Here, she witnessed firsthand the impact that abuse and neglect can have on people, as well as witnessed the healing benefits of fostering safe relationships. This experience led her to seek clinical training at Azusa Pacific University where she earned her Master’s in Clinical Psychology, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. In her practicum, Morgan worked with college students facing a range of adversities at Vanguard University where she empowered her clients within a safe and secure environment. She is specifically passionate about walking with clients through depression, anxiety, existential crisis, grief, histories of abuse and trauma, crisis of faith, suicidality, relational distress, and sexuality identity. She knows firsthand the benefits of diving into therapy and will create a safe haven for you to feel heard and known as you process whatever challenge you may be facing. Morgan believes that we were created to be relational beings, so her style is relational, honest, and will focus on your holistic process inside and outside of therapy.
