Nutritional Assistance
At the Paved Road, we believe in working with other providers to ensure our clients are receiving the best care. To this end, we are pleased to have in our office, Gretchen Sumoritn.
Gretchen is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) specializing in the treatment of Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating and Intuitive Eating. Gretchen addresses a range of nutrition related issues in her practice including Diabetes, High Cholesterol, Obesity and Sports Nutrition. She has a passion for those struggling with their relationship to food and body. In the room, she creates a secure environment where clients feel safe to share, learn, grow and find healing. She has a passion for allowing clients to increase mindfulness and discover intuitively how to honor and respect their bodies. She obtained her Bachelors Degree in Dietetics from California State University, Long Beach where she also Interned. Gretchen received training that makes her a Certified Eating Disorders Registered Dietitian (CEDRD) through The International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals Foundations (IAEDP).
