Counseling Services

Individual Therapy
Our therapists can work with you in addressing a wide spectrum of individual issues such as depression, trauma, anxiety, addiction recovery, grief & loss, spiritual, as well as personal growth and adjustment issues.
Couples Therapy
We offer therapy that gets to the emotional roots of relational issues by going under the defenses and examining hurts that have created patterns and triggers. As reconnection occurs, couples report improved communication, trust, emotional and physical intimacy, and more effective parenting. Many of our therapists are trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an evidence-based approach to marital therapy.
Premarital Counseling
Before you say “I do” is a great time to examine the ways in which each of you were shaped individually and how your patterns play out as you relate to your partner. Together, you will look at family histories, finances, values, careers, & future family vision. Package pricing for premarital sessions is available.
Family Counseling
We recognize the tremendous pressure that families are under and that often it is difficult to make changes to your family dynamic without assistance. We will come alongside your family to help each person identify and own their pattern which increases communication, assists in resolving conflicts and in the long term creates a new, healthier family dynamic.
Group Counseling and Support
If you are in need of group counseling and wish to participate at The Paved Road, please contact one of our therapists and we will pair you with an ongoing group or refer you to one in the area.
Children Play Therapy
One of the best ways to help a child express their emotions and difficulties is through play and activity. Role playing, drawing, art projects, and the use of clinically significant toys can help in facilitating healing and the ability to have a voice and connection with themselves and others.

"I found that what you feed in your life will grow and what you starve will die." Tyler Perry
